It can be quite beneficial to have an outside consultant spend time observing your program’s procedures and curriculum from a fresh perspective. Program consultation includes on-site observation and a de-briefing session. Program consultation has been especially beneficial to some programs following a professional development workshop. Program consultation services are in-context and in-valuable.
